<div><p><b>Role Overview:</b>An established UAE-based organization is seeking an experienced<b>Senior HR Officer</b>to manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple entities with a workforce of<b>500+ employees</b>including office and site-based staff. The role involves managing the<b>entire employee lifecycle</b>, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, leave administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, HR compliance, and HRMS administration.</p><p><b>Company Overview:</b>Our client is a well-established UAE-based industrial services organization providing specialized solutions to major energy and infrastructure sectors. The company supports large-scale operations across oil&gas, industrial maintenance, and engineering services, managing a diverse workforce across multiple operational sites. It is recognized for strong operational standards and long-term partnerships with leading regional energy operators and government entities on critical industrial projects across the UAE.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Recruitment&Onboarding</h3><ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.</li><li>Coordinate with department managers to understand staffing requirements.</li><li>Conduct employee onboarding and ensure completion of all joining documentation.</li><li>Track probation periods and manage employee confirmations.</li></ul><h3>Attendance&Leave Management</h3><ul><li>Manage biometric attendance systems and review daily attendance reports.</li><li>Investigate attendance discrepancies and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Process employee leave applications and maintain leave balances.</li><li>Prepare verified monthly attendance data for payroll processing.</li></ul><h3>Payroll Coordination</h3><ul><li>Prepare payroll inputs including attendance records, overtime, deductions, and allowances.</li><li>Coordinate with Finance for timely payroll processing.</li><li>Calculate end-of-service benefits in line with UAE labour law.</li><li>Address employee payroll and salary-related queries.</li></ul><h3>Employee Relations&HR Administration</h3><ul><li>Act as the primary HR contact for employee queries and grievances.</li><li>Maintain accurate personnel records including contracts, visas, Emirates IDs, and employee documentation.</li><li>Support disciplinary procedures and maintain proper documentation.</li><li>Ensure strict confidentiality of HR records.</li></ul><h3>HR Policy&Compliance</h3><ul><li>Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure HR operations comply with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.</li><li>Support maintenance and updates of the employee handbook.</li><li>Stay updated on labour law changes and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><h3>HRMS&Systems</h3><ul><li>Maintain HR data and employee records using HRMS platforms.</li><li>Support implementation and configuration of HR systems.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy across HR databases.</li><li>Generate HR reports such as headcount, attendance, leave utilization, and recruitment metrics.</li></ul><h3>Emiratization Support</h3><ul><li>Maintain compliance with Emiratization requirements.</li><li>Support NAFIS tracking and related documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with Finance on pension fund compliance for Emirati employees.</li></ul><h3>Experience&Qualifications</h3><ul><li>6-7+ years of HR experience with UAE exposure.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS, and gratuity calculations.</li><li>Experience managing HR operations for large workforce environments (office&site staff).</li><li>Hands‑on experience with HRMS systems such as SAP HR, BambooHR, ZenHR, Bayzat or similar.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.</li><li>High attention to detail for payroll and compliance processes.</li><li>Ability to manage sensitive employee matters professionally.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul><h3>Languages</h3><ul><li>English - Fluent (Required)</li><li>Hindi / Urdu - Conversational (Required)</li><li>Arabic - Conversational (Preferred)</li></ul><h3>Preferred Experience</h3><ul><li>Experience in oil&gas, industrial services, or manufacturing sectors.</li><li>Familiarity with ADNOC compliance requirements or Fieldglass systems.</li><li>HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM.</li><li>Experience supporting Emiratization initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><p>Offered Salary: 8-9K + Benefits</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
