Job Title: Senior HR ExecutiveLocation: Dubai, UAEPreferred Nationality: FilipinoExperience: 4+ YearsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR Operations, Payroll, and Recruitment across multiple international locations including DUBAI | ABU DHABI | KSA | QATAR | EGYPT | KENYA | TANZANIA | UGANDA | ETHIOPIA | SOUTH AFRICA. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and well-versed in multi-country HR operations.Key ResponsibilitiesHR OperationsManage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management (onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits).Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR process improvements and compliance.Payroll ManagementProcess monthly payroll accurately and on time for multiple geographies.Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations and statutory requirements.Strong understanding of USD (Dollar) calculations and denominations, including conversions and reconciliations.Coordinate with Finance for payroll closures, audits, and reports.Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment for regional and international hiring requirements.Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities.Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.RequirementsStrong knowledge of HR Operations, Payroll, and Recruitment.Experience handling multi-country HR and payroll operations.Good understanding of USD currency and its denominations.Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
