Senior Hard Service Consultant

<div><p>Responsible for coordinating the planning and delivery of the Annual Maintenance Plan with the Facilities Management Service Provider (FMS) and its Sub-contractors) in compliance with industry and OEM standards, within a portfolio of locations assigned by the Project Director / Project Manager</p><p>Responsible for reviewing training standards for all FMS, hard services staff and providing feedback against industry best practice.</p><p>Responsible for the implementation of the PMS Procedure including observations / NCRs to ensure the FMS is complying with contractual deliverables, SLA’s and health, safety and environmental standards, to ensure a continual improvement process is fully embedded.</p><h3>Contract Scope of works requirements:</h3><ul><li>Make sure to monitor all maintenance activities for all hard services utilities such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical etc.</li><li>Making sure that all FM activities are in line with applied HSE standards</li><li>Reviewing and developing technical proposals and FM solutions that lead to high standards services</li><li>Ensuring that all facilities and utilities are maintained with high standards</li><li>Develop continuous improvement plan and best practice strategies to ensure a consistently high level of service delivery.</li><li>Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, contingency plans, emergency response procedures, preventive maintenance programs and all technical documentation.</li><li>Monitor all on ground activities handled by FM contractor</li><li>Held responsible for all handed over assets.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
