The ideal candidate must:28–35 years old, offering a balance of trend awareness, industry maturity, and brand presence.Have at least 3-5 years of experience as a professional hairstylist.Bring at least 2 years of experience in a senior role.Well-versed in modern hair trends, techniques, and innovative styling.Demonstrate exceptional creative and technical talent across cutting, coloring, and styling.Confident and comfortable creating tutorials, and representing the brand in promotional content.Show strong potential to conduct internal training, mentor junior staff, and contribute to new service development.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Deliver high-quality hairstyling services, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.Lead creative direction for styling, techniques, and visual concepts.Conduct structured training sessions for junior stylists and beauticians.Participate actively in content creation, including tutorials, social media features, and brand campaigns.Support the development of new services and elevate the salon’s creative standards.Maintain outstanding professionalism, hygiene, and client care at all times.#J-18808-Ljbffr
