Job Description

Role OverviewCasamia is seeking a hands‑on Content Creator who understands how to translate a premium brand into compelling visual, video, and event‑led content. This role blends design, video, social storytelling, and on‑ground agility, especially within showroom environments. It requires a strong understanding of design integration across digital platforms and physical brand touchpoints, particularly for events. The ideal candidate is proactive, trend‑aware, and capable of conceptualizing and creating content independently, not just executing instructions. It should be equally comfortable developing cohesive creative concepts for events, ensuring consistency between digital communication, on‑ground collateral, and overall brand experience.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & DesignCreate high‑quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand assets using Adobe Suite (intermediate knowledge is mandatory).Support brand design requirements, including layouts, visual systems, and campaign assets.Independently shoot and edit ad‑hoc showroom content, product walkthroughs, behind‑the‑scenes, and trend‑led reels. (Added Plus)Event Collateral & Design Integration (Critical)Conceptualize and design event‑specific creatives and collaterals, including invitations, digital assets, signage, standees, backdrops, presentations, and post‑event content.Ensure strong design integration between event collaterals and digital communication, maintaining brand consistency across physical and online touchpoints.Collaborate with internal teams to translate event themes into cohesive creative narratives and visual systems.Support pre‑event, on‑ground, and post‑event content creation to amplify reach and engagement.Concept Development & IdeationProactively contribute creative concepts, campaign ideas, and event themes, not limited to execution briefs.Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide fresh perspectives across digital and physical brand experiences.SkillsCreative self‑starter with strong conceptual thinkingComfortable owning projects from idea to executionAble to bridge digital content and on‑ground brand experiences seamlesslyPrior experience in interiors, lifestyle, luxury, or design‑led brands is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
