Job Description

The role holder is responsible for executing and delivering Dubai Healthcare City Authority's (DHCA) digital marketing initiatives, ensuring performance-driven campaigns, strong online presence, and measurable engagement outcomes.Core ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of the Marketing Communications (MarCom) strategy and periodic marketing plans, with a strong focus on digital marketing initiatives.Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including paid media, social media initiatives, website updates, and digital content deployment.Manage the organization’s social media presence and content calendar, coordinating closely with appointed social media and creative agencies.Monitor digital marketing assets, including the website, in coordination with the IT team and external partners, ensuring all content aligns with brand tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity.Develop creative briefs for agencies and external partners, ensuring deliverables meet campaign objectives, brand standards, and agreed timelines.Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders, to ensure effective campaign delivery and alignment with business objectives.Implement digital promotional and advertising campaigns to support marketing initiatives, events, and key projects.Monitor digital analytics, campaign performance dashboards, and ROI, using insights to optimise campaigns and improve results.Prepare regular performance reports and campaign evaluations for leadership, highlighting results, insights, and opportunities for improvement.Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all digital channels and communications.Support the planning, marketing, and digital amplification of events, exhibitions, and key initiatives.Working under pressureTime ManagementEffective CommunicationSelf-ManagementQualificationsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mass Communication / Media or any relevant disciplineYears of ExperienceA minimum of 5 - 6 years of relevant experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
