Senior ERP Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:Lead workshops, process mapping, and requirement validation.Own fit-gap analysis and propose solutions (config vs. customization).Configure ERP modules and define functional specs for developers.Manage integrations, data migration approach, and testing strategy.Support stakeholders with change management and training plans.Ensure compliance needs are covered (tax, invoicing, approvals, audit).Guide the team and review deliverables for quality and consistency.Key Requirements:Minimum 10 years of ERP techno-functional experienceStrong expertise in at least two major ERP domains such as Finance, Procurement, Projects, or HR/PayrollExcellent experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, and test casesStrong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skillsSolid understanding of end-to-end business processes including P2P, O2C, and R2Rleadership mindset, decision-making ability, and risk management skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
