<div><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Receive, log, and track tickets (ITSM / ticketing system).</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, email, network basics.</li><li>Support user onboarding/offboarding (accounts, access, devices).</li><li>Escalate complex cases with clear evidence and replication steps.</li><li>Maintain knowledge base articles and standard troubleshooting guides.</li><li>Support meeting rooms and basic IT operations when required.</li><li>Follow SLAs and provide professional updates to users.</li></ul><h3>Key Requirements / Skills</h3><ul><li>2+ years in IT support/help desk.</li><li>Good Windows support, MS Office/Teams, basic networking.</li><li>Experience with ticketing tools and SLA-based support.</li><li>Customer-service attitude and calm communication.</li><li>Basic troubleshooting mindset and documentation discipline.</li><li>Arabic is a plus; good English for tickets and coordination.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
