Senior Engineer - Operation Readiness & Assurance (Process)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Engineer – Operation Readiness & Assurance (Process) with 15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. The candidate will support operation readiness activities to ensure facilities, systems, and processes are prepared for safe and efficient startup and operation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport operation readiness and assurance activities during project execution and pre-commissioning stages.Review and verify process systems, procedures, and documentation for operational readiness.Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, and operations teams.Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements.Participate in risk assessments, HAZOP reviews, and operational planning.Monitor readiness status and support smooth handover from project to operations.Prepare reports and documentation related to operation readiness.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in chemical or Process Engineering or a related field.Minimum 15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.Experience in operation readiness, assurance, commissioning, or process operations.Strong knowledge of process systems and plant operations.Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
