As a Wireline Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of wireline operators and technicians, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of wireline operations. You will also be responsible for coordinating with clients, preparing job plans, and maintaining equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise a team of wireline operators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as neededEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during wireline operationsCoordinate with clients to understand their needs and develop job plans accordinglyPrepare and review job reports, ensuring accuracy and completenessMaintain and calibrate wireline equipment to ensure optimal performanceConduct regular safety meetings and trainings for the wireline teamIdentify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during wireline operationsMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of equipment and suppliesMaintain accurate records of all wireline operations, including job reports, equipment maintenance, and safety recordsCommunicate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless execution of wireline operationsStay updated on industry developments, technologies, and best practices related to wireline operationsPerform other related duties as assigned by the management teamQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in wireline operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of wireline equipment, tools, and techniquesExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareValid driver's license and clean driving recordWillingness to work flexible hours and travel as neededWe OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and developmentA dynamic and collaborative work environmentTraining and support to enhance your skills and knowledgeIf you are a highly motivated and experienced Wireline Supervisor looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Star Services LLC.
