Senior Engineer-Dairy

<div><p>Our client, a prominent player in the food manufacturing sector based in<b>KSA</b>, is seeking a<b>Senior Engineer Dairy</b>to support the execution of dairy-related projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, acting as a subject matter expert and providing end-to-end technical and coordination support. The role focuses on ensuring smooth execution within the agreed scope, time, and cost, while maintaining high engineering standards.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Act as a subject matter expert in the dairy domain and support project managers in planning and execution</li><li>Assist in initiating project studies, reviewing proposals, and contributing to the definition of objectives and deliverables</li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and develop the project scope</li><li>Define project schedules by reviewing plans and calculating time requirements</li><li>Evaluate supplier proposals and prepare technical analysis and cost estimates</li><li>Assist in budget preparation and financial tracking of project activities</li><li>Prepare and review contractual documents including tender packages, technical submittals, and specifications</li><li>Support project implementation, tracking, and progress reporting</li><li>Develop and maintain full-scale project plans and timelines</li><li>Assist in defining project resource requirements and task distribution</li><li>Monitor adherence to design, schedule, and technical standards and recommend corrective actions</li><li>Prepare and analyze project status reports, trends, and recommendations</li><li>Define technical specifications and prepare BOQ/BOM for equipment and components</li><li>Manage procurement processes including supplier coordination and follow‑ups</li><li>Coordinate cross‑functionally with departments including production, maintenance, QA/QC, and procurement</li><li>Ensure product performance by conducting tests and validating results against acceptance criteria</li><li>Support the implementation of project changes and interventions</li><li>Analyze project data and prepare technical evaluation reports</li><li>Review and finalize P&IDs, layouts, and other engineering drawings</li><li>Liaise with vendors for technical proposals and documentation</li><li>Maintain and update controlled project documents and drawings in coordination with CAD engineers</li><li>Support external projects and collaborate with internal departments as needed</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management</li><li>Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and national standards during project execution</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or Engineering</li><li>Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar capacity within the dairy or food manufacturing industry</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and MS Project</li><li>Working knowledge of AutoCAD and experience in preparing P&IDs and technical layouts</li><li>Fluency in English is required</li><li>Membership in a local or international engineering society is a plus</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
