Landscape Site Engineer

Landscape Site Engineer will perform post-contract landscape services including material and drawing reviews, scheduling, attending site meetings and conducting site inspections/approval to ensure the delivery of high-quality landscape.The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead all Landscape Inspection tasks and duties in accordance with the Construction contract requirements and QA & QC work procedures. This will entail working closely and in coordination with the other subconsultant staff for joint inspections and the like.Prepare site inspection reports to be submitted to the Client.Verify hardscape installations comply with project specifications, building codes and industry standards.Assess the quality of materials used and workmanship in landscape construction.Coordinate with all concerned parties on all construction issues.Collaborate with the Contractors, landscape architects and project managers.Review materials submittals and ensure compliance with project requirements.Monitor project timelines and coordinate with team members to ensure efficient completion of inspections.Utilize computer software for the document and drawing control, If available and per the contract requirements for example, Aconex, SNAGR, FOR PROJECTS amongst others.Qualification & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering or related discipline.Minimum of 5 years work experience in construction supervision of landscape and irrigation works.Good oral and written communication skills.Professional (PE) license is a plus.Proficiency in CAD software and other landscape design tools.In-depth knowledge of hardscape materials, installation techniques and industry standards.Proficiency in reading and interpreting landscape plans and construction drawings.Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Interested candidates can share their profiles directly on recruit.scla@studiocreatela.com mentioning "Landscape Site Engineer" as the subject.#J-18808-Ljbffr
