Senior Data Analyst

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Ecosystem team and drive data-informed growth. The role includes analyzing product and operational performance, identifying gaps and opportunities, building KPI dashboards in Tableau, conducting funnel analysis, supporting unit economics and pricing decisions, and automating reporting while improving data quality and reliability. Responsibilities Analyze product, customer, and operational data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau to monitor KPIs Conduct deep-dive analysis of user funnels and user flows Perform unit economics analysis (CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback period) to support pricing strategy and profitability optimization Support launch of new products and features with pre- and post-launch performance analysis Automate recurring reports and improve data reliability and accessibility Requirements Over 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis Experience with data visualization in Tableau Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably GCP, for data storage and processing Strong Python skills for data manipulation and analysis Understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning and transformation We offer Long-term service agreement contract with QIC with 3 months probation period We are diverse - our digital nomads work remotely from 25+ different countries Payment in US dollars monthly to your bank account using SWIFT Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezone Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 vacation days, 10 sick offs Performance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raise Potential opportunity to apply for a Qatar ID and relocation to Doha, Qatar QIC digital hub is the technology and innovation arm of Qatar Insurance Company (QIC), the largest insurance group in the Middle East.
