<p>Full time | Black Pearl Consult | United Arab Emirates</p><p>Posted On 03/30/2026</p><h3>Job Information</h3><p>Furniture</p><p>Number of Positions 1</p><p>City Dubai</p><p>337-1500</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven<b>Civil Project Manager</b>to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out and furniture-related civil projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in civil and finishing works, excellent leadership abilities, and proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within the UAE.<br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br></p><p>Lead and manage all phases of civil and finishing activities including gypsum partitions, false ceilings, plastering, screeding, tiling, marble, waterproofing, and other related works.<br></p><p>Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.<br></p><p>Supervise project execution and coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, MEP, and joinery teams to maintain proper sequencing and interface alignment.<br></p><p>Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.<br></p><p>Oversee procurement and material planning to ensure site requirements are met without delays.<br></p><p>Conduct regular project review meetings to track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.<br></p><p>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards on all project sites.<br></p><p>Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and resolve technical or operational issues efficiently.<br></p><p>Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports to management.<br></p><h3>Requirements</h3><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field<br></p><p>Minimum 5 years of experience managing interior fit-out or furniture-related civil projects (preferably within the UAE)<br></p><p>Proven track record in delivering high-end interior projects on time and within budget.<br></p><p>Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.<br></p><p>Valid UAE driving license required.<br></p><p>Must be flexible to work across various project sites within the UAE.<br></p><p>Disclaimer:Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form to charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
