This establishment underscores our dedication to innovation and engineering excellence, bolstering our position in the dynamic GCC market.Senior Civil EngineerARX is recruiting a Senior Civil Engineer to support the delivery of major PMC road and infrastructure projects within Riyadh. This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong experience in civil works delivery across design review, construction supervision, and multidisciplinary coordination within a PMC/consultancy environment. You will act as a key technical lead across multiple project packages, ensuring civil works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership for civil engineering scope across road and infrastructure packages.Review and endorse civil design deliverables including drawings, specifications, BoQs, and method statements.Oversee construction of civil works including earthworks, drainage, utilities, structures interfaces, and site development.Support site supervision, inspections, and contractor coordination.Lead resolution of RFIs, NCRs, design gaps, and constructability challenges.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (roads, utilities, structures, ITS, landscape).Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.Mentor engineers and ensure consistency in technical delivery across packages.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).Minimum 15 years of experience in civil engineering for major infrastructure or road projects.Proven experience in design review, construction supervision, and PMC environments.Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure coordination.Familiarity with Saudi codes and international standards.Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.English required (Arabic is an advantage).We OfferOpportunity to collaborate with a forward-thinking, synergistic, and innovative team.Exposure to cutting-edge projects driving Middle East / North African regions development.Personalized professional growth and developmental avenues tailored to your career aspirations.Sector: Construction/Civil EngineeringRole: EngineeringWill manage other people: YesJob type: Permanent jobCareer level: Employee#J-18808-Ljbffr
