Tender Engineer - Construction | Saudi Arabia

Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in the Construction industry in Saudi Arabia.As a Tender Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the tendering and cost estimation processes for construction projects. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and assisting in the preparation of competitive technical and commercial proposals.Key AccountabilitiesAssist in the preparation and submission of tender proposals within specified deadlines.Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.Perform quantity take-offs and assist in preparing cost estimates and BOQs.Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and ensure competitive pricing.Prepare RFQ packages and follow up with vendors during the tendering stage.Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including schedules and method statements.Maintain organized records of tender documentation and supplier databases.Assist in reviewing tender budgets, including direct and indirect costs.Work closely with Procurement, Contracts, and Technical Office teams throughout the tendering process.Support the handover of tender documents and cost estimates to the project team once a project is awarded.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.Experience coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and quotations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; familiarity with Primavera or MS Project is an advantage.Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
