We’re hiring a<b>Senior Backend Engineer</b>who enjoys solving real product challenges, shaping reliable systems, and helping a team level up.</p><p>Your work will influence how our backend grows — improving performance, modularity, and developer experience — while delivering new features that matter to our customers.</p><p>This is a role for someone who values<b>doing the right thing</b>, moves with<b>high velocity</b>, communicates clearly.</p><h3>What You’ll Work On</h3><ul><li>Build backend features using<b>Node.js / NestJS</b>with clean, scalable patterns</li><li>Improve backend structure, modularity, and data flows</li><li>Implement API endpoints and business logic with clarity and maintainability</li><li>Review code and guide engineers toward better patterns</li><li>Collaborate with frontend, product, and AI teams to design efficient solutions</li><li>Identify small improvements that increase developer velocity</li><li>Strengthen error handling, validation, and domain clarity across the backend</li><li>Help the team avoid new tech debt while delivering fast</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Strong experience with<b>NestJS</b></li><li>Deep understanding of backend architecture patterns:<ul><li>Modular monolith</li><li>Service + repository layering</li><li>DTOs&validation</li></ul></li><li>Strong debugging, problem-solving, and code-organization skills</li><li>Ability to guide other developers and establish patterns</li><li>Experience with PostgreSQL, and MongoDB</li><li>Experience improving backend performance or resolving bottlenecks</li><li>Experience in event-driven or modular architectures</li><li>Experience in AI-powered products (Claude, Cursor, Copilot)</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
