Senior Architect

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect specializing in Construction Supervision for Industrial Facilities to join our accomplished team. This role focuses on overseeing the construction phase of industrial facility projects, ensuring that architectural designs are executed accurately and efficiently, complying with quality standards and project specifications.You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, managing site activities, conducting inspections, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in problem-solving issues that arise during construction, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and safety regulations.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced architect with a solid background in industrial projects to contribute to JASARA PMC’s growing portfolio while enhancing the built environment.Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.Minimum of 10-12 years of professional experience in construction supervision, particularly in industrial facilities.Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and project management.Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
