The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with business partnership skills to support financial reporting across our Leasing Advisory business lines.Key ResponsibilitiesLead month-end close activities for Eurasia region ensuring accurate and timely P&L reportingConduct variance analysis identifying trends and providing meaningful commentarySupport the annual budgeting cycle monthly rolling forecasts and long-range planning processesLoading regional team budgets forecasts into the budgeting tool (EPM)Performing data analysis using various tools and support in creating interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards for managementPartner with country finance teams across Europe and Asia to ensure consistency in planning and reportingProvide financial results and insights to Eurasia regional business teams and support with finance operations queriesOversee JBS resources working on recurring deliverables providing direction and data quality controlStreamline data collection and consolidation processes across multiple countriesManage competing priorities and manage time effectively to meet deadlinesRequirementsQualified finance professional (ACA ACCA CIMA or equivalent) with 5 years of relevant experienceAnalytical capabilities with strong attention to detailStrong understanding of financial systems and reporting toolsExperience working in a matrix organization across multiple countriesExperience of working on budgeting tool like EPM or equivalentAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency with reporting tools like PAX OneStream Tableau Power BIThis role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development within a global organization and provides an opportunity to gain exposure to senior leadership.LocationOn-site Dubai AREIf this job description resonates with you we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all of the requirements.
