Dubai Health aims to strengthen Dubai as a global leader in healthcare, medical education, research, and scientific innovation, thereby enhancing the capabilities of Dubai’s healthcare sector.Job PurposeProvide administrative support to the following:Associate Dean – Student Happiness and WellbeingChair of the International Accreditation & Student Development CommitteeCore ResponsibilitiesAssistant Dean – Student Happiness and WellbeingProvide administrative support to the Assistant Dean of Happiness who acts as a point of contact for all events and initiatives organized by these Committees regarding Student Admissions, Academic Support, and Student Life.International Accreditation and Student Development CommitteeMBRU - Summer Scholars Programs (MBRU-SSP)Communicate MBRU-SSP to potential and existing placement centers to elicit interest in the programSchedule meetings with interested collaborators to ensure clarity on objectives, terms, and conditions of the MBRU-SSP and assess collaborators' requirements to ensure relevance to studentsPrepare a summary report of opportunities for review and approval by the DeanSchedule meetings for the Chair to present MBRU-SSP to students, providing summary information related to locations, nature of the placement, and costsReview, finalize, and notify students of the MBRU-SSP after discussions with the committeePlan and execute the Award Day event as a “Core team” member by scheduling meetings with internal stakeholders, following up on action points, coordinating printing of student posters and certificates with external vendors, and acting as a point of contact on the award dayOnly shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.#J-18808-Ljbffr
