Müller's Solutions, a premier tech consulting firm operating in multiple regions including Germany, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Egypt, is searching for an experienced Senior Administrative Officer who is fluent in Arabic to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting executive-level management across various business functions. Your expertise and fluency in Arabic will enable effective communication with our diverse client base and stakeholders in the region.As a Senior Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for supervising administrative operations, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring that all administrative tasks align with our organizational goals. You will work closely with various departments to facilitate smooth processes and implement best practices in administration.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily administrative functions and ensure efficient office operationsProvide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangementsServe as the primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communicationPrepare and present reports, correspondence, and documentation as requiredAssist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and proceduresSupervise and mentor junior administrative staff, fostering a collaborative environmentCoordinate projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely completionMaintain strict confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive informationQualificationsProven experience in an administrative role, with at least 5 years in a senior or supervisory capacityFluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and writtenStrong organizational and time management skillsExceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management softwareOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with basic office procedures and administrative processesBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferredWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
