The ideal candidate is proficient in e‑invoicing, understands UAE VAT requirements, and can coordinate effectively with sales and operations teams.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate VAT‑compliant invoices through the company’s e‑invoicing platformManage receivables, monitor aging, and follow up on overdue accountsCoordinate with sales and operations to resolve billing discrepanciesReconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate digital recordsPrepare AR reports and support month‑end closingProcess credit notes, refunds, and adjustments when requiredEnsure accurate billing for corporate clients, government entities, and training programsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance5–7 years AR experience in the UAEStrong experience with e‑invoicing systems and ERP platformsKnowledge of VAT invoicing rules and revenue recognitionExperience in B2B environments, especially training or service sectorsStrong communication and negotiation skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
