The role focuses strategic accounts in the kingdom, to drive growth, customer engagement and disciplined execution.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own the book of business including new business development, renewals and expansion opportunities</li><li>Drive solution selling across existing customer base and new prospects</li><li>Build and execute strategic account plans, executive level engagement and ELPs</li><li>Generate and maintain healthy pipeline and development as part of daily routine</li><li>Maintain renewal and generate up-sell and cross-sell to the existing customer base</li><li>Forecast on revenue expectations and report on activities coming from accounts</li><li>Weekly field meetings with customers</li></ul><h3>What We Expect From You</h3><ul><li>Fluent in Arabic and English</li><li>Proven experience selling into Central government, Defense and Security – with a minimum 5 years of experience in Sales</li><li>A demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas for at least 3 years</li><li>Experience of enterprise software sales including field sales and account management and track record of accomplishment selling in the enterprise</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities and responsibilities change quickly</li><li>Track record of selling to the IT infra, security and C-level access is a plus</li><li>Be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly – highly coachable and open to learning</li><li>Strong ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently and drive outcomes</li></ul><h3>We Offer</h3><ul><li>A competitive compensation package</li><li>A collaborative and positive workplace culture</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and career development</li></ul><p><b>Veeam Software</b>is an equal opportunity employer and does not tolerate discrimination in any form on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state or local law.
