Scrum masters

The incumbent will have the responsibility for:Ensure that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practicesLead end-to-end project management initiatives, ensuring high quality solutions that align with the Bank vision and strategyFacilitate meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments and to facilitate the Teams daily work and all Scrum eventsEnsure that the Team is fully functional and productiveCollect metrics on the Team and Sprint to help the team improveRemove the obstacles or impediments faced by the team in its work.Stakeholder Management and CoachingCoach the Team members in self-organization and cross-functional behaviourFoster a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholdersEnsure that the Team follows their process and pursues continuous innovation in their practicesHelp the Team members achieve optimum productivity by following best practicesFacilitate backlog refinement sessions preparing for future SprintsHelp Product Owner protect the Team from outside interruptionsWorking with other Scrum Masters to increase effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organizationUnderstand the technical challenges and constraints the development team facesEducation/Experience RequirementsBachelors Degree in IT related domain / MISPMI PMP or Agile related certificates SCM or PMI-ACPAt least +3 years experience in banking sectorSkillsProject management task boards and collaboration and documentation software, including calendarsProficient use of software applications and project management tools i.e. JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel and MS Power Point.Strong understanding of Software Development Life cycleExcellent problem-solving, leadership and stakeholder management skillsStrong understanding of Scum Ceremonies with proven track of actually conducting the ceremonies
