Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Type: Full-Time | On-Site Industry: Real Estate | Architecture | Luxury PresentationAbout the OpportunityWe're growing our presence in the Kingdom and looking for a driven, well-connected Sales Executive to spearhead business development across Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you'll be selling premium architectural scale models and masterplan visualisation solutions to the country's most ambitious real estate developers and government entities.This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of real estate, design, and Vision 2030 — with direct exposure to some of the largest giga-projects and development programmes in the world.If you know the KSA real estate market, have relationships with developers or government bodies, and you're a closer — we want to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingIdentifying and targeting real estate developers, master planners, and government procurement teams across KSABuilding and nurturing a pipeline from first contact through to signed contractPresenting tailored proposals that translate client briefs into compelling visual solutionsRepresenting the company at key industry events, exhibitions, and client meetingsFeeding market intelligence back to leadership to shape our KSA growth strategyMeeting and exceeding agreed revenue targetsWhat We're Looking For3–7 years of B2B sales experience in the KSA marketStrong existing relationships with real estate developers, government entities, or design/architecture consultancies in the KingdomProven track record of winning new business and managing client relationships at a senior levelExcellent Arabic and English communication skills — written and verbalConfident presenter who can hold a room with C-suite and procurement stakeholdersSaudi national or long-term Riyadh-based professional with deep local market knowledgeAdvantageous (but not required):Background in real estate, architecture, interior design, fit-out, or luxury eventsFamiliarity with procurement processes within government or semi-government bodies (PIF, NEOM, Diriyah, ROSHN, etc.)Understanding of the pre-sales and handover phases of real estate developmentWhy This Role?Be the face of a premium, niche product in one of the world's fastest-growing real estate marketsHigh earning potential with uncapped commissionWork with iconic projects and some of the region's biggest names in developmentAutonomy to build the market your way — backed by a specialist teamHow to ApplySend your CV and a brief note on your KSA network to ()Or apply directly through LinkedIn.
