<div><p>KAIZEN is seeking a highly motivated<b>Relationship Sales Manager</b>to grow and retain mid-size and repeat developer accounts in the UAE. This role is focused on<b>deepening trusted relationships, increasing unit density, and closing higher-value, longer-cycle deals</b>, serving as the core revenue engine of the relationship channel. The successful candidate will operate with independence, reducing the need for senior leadership involvement while driving predictable revenue growth.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own the<b>end-to-end sales cycle</b>for repeat and mid-size developer accounts</li><li>Build and maintain<b>long-term, trusted relationships</b>with developers</li><li>Drive<b>unit density, deal expansion, and higher-value contracts</b>within existing accounts</li><li>Manage<b>longer sales cycles</b>with discipline and clarity, ensuring consistent deal progression</li><li>Structure<b>commercially sound, scalable deals</b>that meet business objectives</li><li>Resolve deals independently to<b>protect senior leadership time</b>, escalating only strategic exceptions</li><li>Conduct<b>relationship-led outreach</b>through phone, targeted email, and in-person meetings</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in<b>relationship management or enterprise sales</b>within the UAE real estate, property development, or advisory sector.</li><li>Demonstrated success managing<b>mid-size or repeat developer accounts</b>with measurable revenue outcomes.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the<b>UAE real estate market, investment dynamics, and regulatory environment</b>.</li><li>Ability to manage<b>long sales cycles</b>and high-value deals independently.</li><li>Strategic mindset with<b>commercial acumen</b>and strong negotiation skills.</li><li>Executive-level communication skills with the ability to<b>influence multiple stakeholders</b>.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.</li><li>Possession of a UAE Driving License</li><li>Proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
