Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & HCM Payroll ConsultantJob Type: ContractJob Location: Onsite, RiyadhRole Summary:We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll (ECC/S4HANA) and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end payroll and EC implementations. This role requires hands‑on configuration skills, problem‑solving ability, and the capability to support and enhance existing payroll and EC environments.Key Responsibilities:Provide operational support for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.Handle deployment and handover of enhancement change requests (CRs).Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll and EC‑related issues.Prepare and maintain Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation.Configure small‑scale requirements and system enhancements.Execute and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and integration testing.Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth end‑to‑end processes and replication between EC and Payroll systems.Required Skills and Experience:10+ years of experience in SAP, primarily focused on SAP HCM Payroll within ECC and S/4HANA environments.At least one full‑cycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).SAP Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is mandatory.Strong expertise in:SuccessFactors EC Architecture, Data Models, RBP, Workflow, FO & MDF, Business RulesTime Off & Time Structure, Time Account, Position Management, Report Center, Admin CenterPayroll Unified Configuration, Automatic/Push/Point‑to‑Point Replication, Replication Log AnalysisPayroll Switches, Payroll Configuration, Basic Pay, Factoring, PCRs, Schema, Function, PCCEnd of Service (EOS), Off‑Cycles, Social Insurance, Company Loans, and Payroll Finance PostingGood‑to‑Have:Experience working with other SAP SuccessFactors modules.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
