Job Description

About the position:The primary role of STL – build the partner channel, deliver targeted sales results in terms of Prestigio Solutions business, organization & execution of the strategy, supply, shipments, sales plan implementation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with AV resellers, integrators, and partners.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the partner network and sales pipeline.Lead consultative sales efforts, understanding customer needs and proposing tailored solutions.Manage end-to-end sales projects, from lead generation to closing and post-sale follow-up.Coordinate with internal sales, technical, and service teams to ensure solution alignment with client requirements.Deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to C-level stakeholders.Ensure accurate CRM and project data management.Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring stable revenue and gross profit growth.Provide coaching and support to sales team members to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.Core Skills & Competencies:Strong consultative selling and enterprise project management skills.Proven experience in C-level negotiations and strategic account management.Ability to assess customer needs and recommend high‑value solutions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.Adaptability, reliability, and a commitment to delivering on promises.Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and leadership capabilities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma.Fluent in and English and Arabic languages3–5 years of experience in sales of technological products and solutions, preferably in AV or B2B environments.Experience in project execution and working with reseller/distribution channels.Proficiency in CRM systems and sales project tools.We offer:Opportunity to work for a financially strong, fast‑growing multinational company.Constant interaction with global teams of professionalsInternational career opportunities
