Job ScopeThe Sales Manager is accountable for the promotion of the compnay and its respective products/services through a well-defined strategy and sound partnerships with existing and potential customers within the assigned country. S/He works towards optimizing sales volumes, acquiring new partnerships and coordinating marketing programs and activities.Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesTechnical and OperationsDefine the sales strategy and roadmap of the assigned product/service lineEstablish sales budgets and targets and cascade to the team accordinglyManage the entire sales life cycle from prospecting to closingSpecify market requirements for current and future products/services by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to existing and potential customersResearch, map and recruit potential partners in the assigned countryLead the vendors’ relations in alignment with the company’s management and strategy in the assigned countryEnsure a proper storage, tracking and control of inventory through an accurate stock management systemDevelop close relationship with top partners in the assigned countryAssist in building and maintaining a solid channel/customer database, analyze data and develop metrics to evaluate loyalty and new opportunitiesSecure the highest level of engagement and support to channel partners and respond to issues and/or queries in order to efficiently meet customers’ needsCoordinate closely with the marketing team to design and implement marketing activitiesOversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing activitiesDevelop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports in line with business objectivesPromote the company and its product/service line within the regionPut available systems into practice (salesforce.com CRM for leads, opportunity and deal registration management) for output efficiency and standardizationPosition RequirementsRecent and successful experience in pipeline generation, closing sales, and a strong history of meeting and exceeding quotas.Very strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the repeatedly proven ability to problem solve, convey, and relate ideas and solutions to Direct Customers, with a naturally curious mindset.Recent and successful experience excelling in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment with a vibrant and energetic attitude, and a consistent willingness to be proactive and perform to generate revenue.The ability and willingness to be coachable.Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Bonus points for:Certified Sales Training - i.e Command the Message, Sandler Training, Winning by Design.Proficiency in Salesforce & Other necessary SaaS products for sales efficiency and alignment.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experienceEducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field.ExperienceAt least 7 years of relevant experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
