Sales Support Engineer (Water & Wastewater Treatment - Industrial Projects)

We are seeking a proactive Sales Support Engineer with basic knowledge of water and wastewater treatment systems to support our sales team. The candidate should have experience handling tender compilation, reviewing technical documents, and reading drawings, including AutoCAD drawings. Familiarity with RO, UF, and ETP systems is required.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales team by preparing and compiling technical and commercial tender documents.Review client specifications, requirements, and technical documents to ensure accurate proposals.Read and interpret technical drawings, including AutoCAD drawings, process flow diagrams, and equipment layouts.Assist in preparing BOQs, datasheets, and technical documentation for sales proposals.Maintain organized records of proposals, tenders, and project documentation.Take regular follow-ups from clients for submitted offers to ensure timely response and updates.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.1–2 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment projects, preferably in a sales support or tender handling role.Basic knowledge of RO (Reverse Osmosis), UF (Ultrafiltration), ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), and water treatment processes.Experience handling tender compilation, technical document review, and proposal preparation.Ability to read and understand technical drawings, including AutoCAD drawings.Strong communication and coordination skills to work with clients and internal teams.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Organized, proactive, and detail oriented.Preferred SkillsPrior experience in sales support for water / wastewater treatment projects.Knowledge of process flow diagrams, equipment specifications, and tendering process.Salary Budget: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month#J-18808-Ljbffr
