Sales Supervisor

<div><p>Adeem Uniform’s is seeking a motivated and experienced sales representative to drive our Business to business sales targets within our various uniform sales divisions (Ghoush- military and industrial, Kasia- Medical and Hospitality, Adeem – school Uniforms). Successful candidates who meet all targets have an opportunity to cultivate a long standing and stable career at Adeem Uniforms. We will provide an introductory training program, which includes product knowledge, sales processes and guidelines.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Acquire and identify new business opportunities and follow up on potential leads</li><li>Develop sales strategies and meet targets</li><li>Cold calling, Screening&Qualify incoming sales calls</li><li>Setting appointments with prospects and presenting client requirements reports to management</li><li>Meet clients and present samples as needed</li><li>Update&maintain prospect database</li><li>Prepare quotations, contracts, power points, other presentations</li><li>Manage sales/marketing material, garment samples, electronic files, catalogues</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Excellent phone skills</li><li>Exceptional written and oral skills (English&Arabic a plus)</li><li>Must be a self-starter and a pro-active team member</li><li>Proven Sales&Marketing experience</li><li>Experience in garment manufacturing and/or fabric composition a plus</li><li>Knowledge of tenders in military, industrial and medical sectors an advantage</li><li>Telephone marketing, database management experience</li><li>Proficient in Office 365 applications (teams, word, excel and powerpoint)</li><li>Eager to learn and update skills as needed</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
