The team prides itself on creating meaningful celebrations that leave a lasting impression on clients and their guests.Key ResponsibilitiesRole Description:Identify and approach potential corporate and institutional clientsGenerate new leads through cold calls, meetings, networking, and field visitsPresent The Rose Yard’s services (floral contracts, coffee catering, event styling, gifting solutions, subscriptions)Prepare proposals and quotations for clientsNegotiate contracts and close sales dealsMaintain strong relationships with existing clientsFollow up on tenders and partnership opportunitiesAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsCoordinate internally with operations to ensure smooth execution of contractsProvide weekly sales reports and pipeline updatesSkillsQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)2+ years of experience in flower or event sales, preferably B2 B or corporate salesExperience in luxury retail, hospitality and events.Strong communication and negotiation skillsConfident in client meetings and presentationsArabic & English fluency requiredValid QIDValid Qatari driving license (preferred)Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
