About the job Sales & Services ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with strong B2B sales experience to drive new client acquisition and promote our HR staffing and cloud-based ATS solutions across the UAE market.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target potential clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.Schedule and conduct meetings to present HR solutions and service offerings.Generate, qualify, and nurture leads using LinkedIn and sales engagement tools.Maintain updated sales pipelines, reports, and MIS data.Build and manage long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.Analyze sales performance and refine strategies to meet monthly targets.Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.QualificationsMinimum 6 month to 1 years of B2B sales experience in Banking, IT, Telecom, FMCG, or HR Services.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation and digital prospecting.Knowledge of CRM/sales engagement tools is an advantage.UAE market experience preferred.Job County : UAE Dubai#J-18808-Ljbffr
