Job Description You will be responsible for promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. Your role will involve developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals. Additionally, you will be responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services. It will be your duty to promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services. Market research, including customers and competitors activities, will also be part of your responsibilities. You will implement market development plans/strategies and make changes as needed. Communication of customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing, will be crucial. **Key Responsibilities:** - Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts - Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals - Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits derived from Medtronic's products/services - Conduct market research including customers and competitors activities - Implement market development plans/strategies and make changes as needed - Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to internal stakeholders **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 3-12 years of relevant experience in sales - Practical knowledge gained through experience of sales techniques - Ability to work independently with general supervision - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Understanding of market landscape, marketing, and pricing structure Medtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package.
