Our new Dubai office will serve as a central hub, coordinating with European production teams and international partners.Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive Sales Order Processing Coordinator (Sales & Logistics Coordinator) to be the first local team member in Dubai. You will support European sales, manage order processing and logistics, and help build our operations in the UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and coordinate sales orders in ERP (J-Karat).Manage invoices, shipping, and documentation.Liaise with customers, European teams, and global partners.Monitor inventory and coordinate supply needs.Track and report sales and logistics data.Requirements4+ years in sales/order processing, ideally B2B industrial.Knowledge of incoterms and payment conditions.Fluent in English; German is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office; J-Karat experience is a must.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and thrive in a multicultural environment.Location: Dubai, UAEBe the first team member in Dubai and help build our global operations!#J-18808-Ljbffr
