The Salesperson is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the elevator and escalator sector. This role involves prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing quotations, and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.Key Responsibilities1. Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, site visits, and networking.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.Represent the company in exhibitions, client meetings, and presentations.2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and contracts to secure orders.Prepare and present quotations in line with company policies and pricing strategies.Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.Ensure timely collection of payments in coordination with Finance/Accounts.Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.Provide feedback to management on opportunities for growth and improvement.5. Coordination & ReportingWork closely with the Estimation, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth project handover.Submit weekly sales reports and forecasts to management.Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and contracts in the CRM system.Job RequirementsQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 5–7 years’ sales experience in elevators, escalators, construction, or related industries.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
