Job Description

Job PurposeIdentify and develop new business opportunities, represent and promote the company’s service portfolio, convert qualified leads into sales orders, and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure effective handling of RFQs, proposals, and all client communications while coordinating internally to meet deadlines and close opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and develop business opportunities across infrastructure and private sector projects.Promote and sell company services, including Testing & Commissioning, Maintenance, O&M Support, and Calibration.Receive, log, track, and manage RFQs and customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and response.Coordinate internally with tendering, operations, and technical teams to ensure proposal accuracy, compliance, and on-time submission.Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and supporting sales documents aligned with client requirements.Support technical clarifications in coordination with tender and operations teams to address client questions and scope alignment.Follow up on quotations, conduct client follow-ups, and negotiate commercial terms to close sales.Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, client databases, and sales activity logs.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and long-term account growth.Prepare sales presentations, company profiles, and marketing/sales collateral.Support contract documentation, follow up on PO issuance, and coordinate required documentation until order confirmation.Attend and represent the company in client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry events.Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and opportunity pipeline updates for management review.EducationBachelor’s Degree (any discipline)Skills RequiredB2B sales & business development, lead generation, RFQ/RFP handling, proposal & quotation preparation, client relationship management, negotiation & closing, CRM data management, reporting & forecasting, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to coordinate with technical/tender teams, and willingness to attend client meetings/site visits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
