Persian Horizon Beauty Group operates five luxury salons across Dubai, serving a premium clientele with high service expectations and strong purchasing power. Our marketing engine generates consistent, high-quality inbound leads.We are hiring a Sales Manager to convert those opportunities into confirmed bookings, maximize revenue per client, and lead our salon sales team with discipline and performance focus.The Sales Manager is responsible for driving the salon’s sales strategy, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, optimizing booking efficiency, and enhancing client lifetime value. This role leads sales operations, manages the performance of front desk and sales teams, and ensures a premium, consistent client experience that aligns with the salon’s brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & StrategyDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectivesSet sales KPIs, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business goalsMonitor key performance metrics such as inquiry-to-booking conversion, average transaction value, rebooking rates, and client retentionTeam Management & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and manage sales and front desk teams to ensure consistent excellenceConduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and training programsFoster a results-driven, professional sales culture emphasizing accountability and service qualityClient Acquisition & RetentionOversee management of client inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, social media, website, and walk-insImplement structured follow-up systems for leads, inactive clients, and post-service rebookingDesign and execute client retention programs, memberships, and loyalty initiativesOperational & Booking OversightManage daily booking operations to maximize staff utilization and service deliveryCollaborate with salon management and technical teams to ensure seamless client experiencesMaintain accurate scheduling, CRM records, and sales documentationCustomer Experience & Brand StandardsEnsure delivery of a premium client journey from first inquiry to checkoutHandle escalated client concerns professionally, maintaining brand reputationUphold brand presentation, service quality, and communication standardsReporting & Performance AnalysisAnalyze sales performance, inquiry sources, campaign effectiveness, and team resultsPrepare structured sales reports, insights, and actionable recommendations for managementAlign marketing and promotional initiatives with sales objectives to maximize ROIRequirementsMinimum 5 years of professional sales experience in DubaiProven minimum 2 years experience in a Sales Manager or senior sales leadership role in a beauty salon, spa, or service-based businessDemonstrated ability to lead teams, drive performance, and consistently achieve sales targetsStrong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilitiesSolid knowledge of salon operations, services, packages, and retail productsExperience managing digital and social media-based inquiries (WhatsApp, Instagram)Professional appearance and a strong client-centric mindsetCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives and bonusesLeadership role within a premium salon environmentCareer growth and advancement opportunities within a growing brandSupportive executive management and professional team cultureStaff benefits including service and product discountsOngoing leadership and sales development training#J-18808-Ljbffr
