We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager in Ras Al Khaimah to lead our sales team in achieving their goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with customers, developing sales strategies to increase revenue, and training and mentoring sales staff. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of success in sales, and a commitment to continuous professional development. A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience working with international clients is also desirable.ResponsibilitiesDevelop plans to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targetsMonitor sales trends and develop strategies to capitalize on themEstablish relationships with key customersManage the performance of the team and provide guidance as neededPrepare reports for senior managementPropose ideas for improvement or expansion of the current product portfolioMonitor competitor activity and analyze market trendsEnsure compliance with all relevant regulationsLead promotional activities such as trade shows or conferencesQualificationsExperience leading a sales team and achieving targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record in salesCommitment to professional developmentBachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred but not requiredExperience working with international clients is desirableThis position offers a competitive salary of 1400 AED per month along with other benefits.
