The scope is to work on strategic sales initiatives, expand market presence, and identify new growth opportunities for Optasia’s cutting‑edge products and services. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with deep market knowledge and a proven track record of success.ResponsibilitiesExecute a comprehensive sales strategy to the assigned regions to achieve revenue growth and market expansion goals.Identify opportunities and new verticals for Optasia’s products and services, driving adoption across diverse markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including telcos, mobile wallet operators, partners and financial institutions/banks.Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the successful pitching and delivery of solutions tailored to client needs.Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform strategy and maintain Optasia’s competitive edge.Prepare and present regular sales performance reports for the executive leadership team, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.Work cross divisions to prepare all the needed documents such as presentations, business cases, service descriptions, or any other document.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and business development roles.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the financial technology or telecommunications sector.Able to establish a strong network and relationships within the region’s banking, fintech, or telecommunications industries.Fluency in French is a plus but not required.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Deep understanding of the region’s market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment.Willingness to travel within the region as required.Demonstrated track record in deal closure within Fintech, Telecom or VAS sector.Why you should applyWhat we offer:Competitive remuneration packageExtra day off on your birthdayPerformance‑based bonus scheme⚕️ Comprehensive private healthcare insuranceAll the tech gear you need to work smartBenefits & PerksBe a part of a multicultural working environmentMeet a very unique and promising business and industryGain insights for tomorrow market’s foregroundA solid career path within our working family is ready for youContinuous training and access to online training platformsOptasia’s Values#1 Drive to Thrive: Fully dedicated to evolving.
