Job Description

We are working with a leading food production business operating across the UAE who are seeking to expand its B2B commercial team. The company produces high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals at scale, serving a diverse client base across sectors such as fitness, retail, corporate, and food service.As part of this growth, there is a requirement for a commercially driven B2B Sales Manager to support the development of contract-based revenue streams and optimise production capacity.The RoleThis is a target-driven position focused on generating and converting new B2B opportunities across multiple channels. The successful individual will be responsible for promoting a broad range of production capabilities, including branded offerings, private label solutions, bulk supply, and ready-to-sell products.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new B2B opportunities across the UAE marketBuild and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective clientsCarry out proactive outreach through calls, meetings, and in-person visitsPresent tailored solutions aligned to client needs and operational capabilitiesManage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to closingNegotiate commercial terms in line with volume, margin, and delivery feasibilityCollaborate with internal teams to ensure commercial viability of new agreementsSupport onboarding and implementation of new contractsDevelop existing accounts to increase volume and long-term valueFocus AreasEngage with sectors such as fitness, retail, corporate organisations, education, and other high-volume consumer environmentsSecure medium to large-scale supply agreementsContribute to overall revenue growth and improved utilisation of production capacityPerformance MetricsConsistent new business generation and deal conversionOngoing pipeline development and revenue contributionIncreased utilisation of operational capacityGrowth and retention of key accountsTypical contract sizes vary depending on scope and volume, generally ranging from mid to high-value monthly agreements.Experience Required4–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the UAE marketBackground in food production, FMCG, catering, or a related sector is beneficialProven track record of achieving sales targets and closing dealsStrong commercial acumen, including pricing and margin awarenessAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with operational teamsSelf-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance-led environmentAdaptable in managing a varied product offering and client base#J-18808-Ljbffr
