Job Description

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Sales Lead / Key Account Manager to manage and grow key retail accounts across the GCC region within the baby products and kids’ retail segment. The role requires strong market understanding, direct sales exposure, and the ability to build long-term relationships with distributors and retail partners.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow key retail and distribution accounts across the GCC regionDevelop strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and decision-makersConduct market research and gap analysis to identify new opportunitiesDrive sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreementsPrepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to retail partnersTrack and manage core commercial metrics including margins, markups, rebates, and pricing structuresTravel across the GCC for client meetings as required (approximately once every two months)SkillsCandidate ProfileProven experience in GCC retail sales, preferably within baby products, toys, or kids-related consumer goodsStrong direct sales and key account management backgroundGood communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSound understanding of commercial and financial sales metricsPresentable, confident, and relationship‑driven professionalWillingness to travel across the GCC regionValid UAE Driving License is mandatoryAdditional PreferencesCandidates with prior experience working with retail chains, distributors, or specialty stores in the baby / kids category will be strongly preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
