Job Description

Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage Product communication across the organization including creating excitement around new product/feature launches, channeling product feedback and managing issue resolution;Represent BOARD MEETING Brand proposition externally and internally. Evangelize customers, partners and participate at conferences/ forums & worldwide mega shows for asset buildingDrive transformational brand solution sales through leveraging and developing relevant content and competition.Develop, leverage and deploy regional and local Brand solutions to upscale sales teams to approach clients with multi-faceted media propositions.Ensure competitive perspectives and differentiated value propositions generated through market-relevant insights. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators.Attend industry functions, such as association events/ trade shows/ festivals and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new content and marketing engagements.Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in business opportunities;Lead and gather talent at major proposal pitches;Leads Brand development and execution of annual marketing activation plans that drives achievement of business objectivesLead tracking of business on a monthly basis to assess progress vs. plan and recommend adjustments as appropriateManage budget and monitor spend against planned objectivesLead cross-functional teams in order to execute brand initiatives leading multiple projects and teams to achieve resultsCarry out duties in-line with DWTC quality standards, security and health and safety guidelinesAdhere to DWTC Policies, Procedures and guidelinesOperating EnvironmentOffice based job; require to work longer hours on computerFormal EducationPreferred, a University/College Degree to support applicationWork ExperienceCandidates should be able to demonstrate a minimum 5 years B2B sales experience in a related service sector. Proven experience of supervising sales teams and individuals would be a distinct advantageSkills and KnowledgeMust be PC literate (Microsoft packages, internet etc)Must be fluent in English.
