Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 03/06/2026Promote and sell credit cards, personal loans, and other banking products to potential customers.Identify and approach prospective clients through various sales channels, including field sales, and conduct face-to‑face meetings and presentations to explain product features, benefits, and terms.Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:Generate leads through networking, events, and customer referrals.Assess customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.Follow up with potential clients to ensure successful conversions.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.Educate customers on responsible credit usage and financial management.Compliance & Documentation:Ensure all sales activities comply with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.Collect and verify required customer documents for applications.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.Market & Competitor Analysis:Stay updated on banking products, promotions, and competitor offerings.Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.RequirementsQualifications & Skills:Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).1-3 years of sales experience in banking, financial services, or related industries.Experience in selling credit cards, loans, or banking products is a plus.Strong sales and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Goal-driven, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a target‑oriented environment.Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into sales.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.#J-18808-Ljbffr
