Our mission is to help businesses enhance productivity, modernize operations, and drive sustainable growth.Role DescriptionThe Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s market presence and sales through the promotion of innovative technology and software solutions. This position is ideal for a proactive, results‑oriented professional with a strong passion for both technology and sales. Success in this role requires effectively managing the full sales lifecycle from initial prospect engagement to contributing to the successful closure of deals.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management: Build, develop, and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Pipeline Development: Proactively generate, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.Client Engagement: Initiate and coordinate meetings with prospective clients, and consistently follow up to understand their business needs and position appropriate solutions.Product Expertise: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations that clearly communicate value propositions and competitive advantages.Sales Execution: Actively contribute to the sales process by supporting negotiations and participating in the successful closing of deals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement.Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Accurately document customer interactions, track progress, and provide insights to optimize sales strategies and operational efficiency.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Professional Profile: Self‑motivated, disciplined, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.Mobility: Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.Core Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.#J-18808-Ljbffr
