<div><h3>Company Description</h3><p>Through the unique relationship with Toyota Motor Company, Abdul Latif Jameel Motors has grown continuously over the years to become one of the leading entities in the automotive sector in the Saudi Arabia, and one of the leading independent Toyota distributors in the world.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>To manage the roll‑out and implementation of communication initiatives and creative guidelines underbrand campaigns for the wholesale and franchise network.</p><h3>Key Activities</h3><ul><li>Internal presentation of proposed communication and activation campaigns (integrated approach) to management for approval.</li><li>Allocate and control budget expenditure by project, reporting and recording expenditure daily.</li><li>Briefing Marketing teams on campaign and brief requirements and coordination of campaign delivery.</li><li>Brief agencies on client requirements.</li><li>Ensure implementation of CI guidelines under the new brand philosophy.</li><li>Setting of consistent KPI measures and ensuring campaigns are recorded and registered with monitoring systems (pre/post tests, web analytics, etc.)</li><li>Assessing quality of responses to brief.</li><li>Management of timelines to ensure communications are developed in a timely and organized way.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><h3>Knowledge</h3><ul><li>Advertising and communications experience – with particular knowledge of brand guidelines implementation across point-of-sale. Automotive or FMCG experience a plus. Accustomed to working with agencies or within the agency model. Exposure to the principles of media buying and analysis or demonstrate a willingness to learn.</li></ul><h3>Education</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in commercial subject (e.g. Marketing/Business)</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>3-5 years of practical experience. Relevant marketing experience essential</li></ul><h3>Job related Skills</h3><ul><li>Adherence to briefing principles and media buying disciplines and processes.</li><li>A focus and ability to analyse the result of advertising and branding work. Focus on the results and learning.</li><li>Excellent computer skills, with a working knowledge of windows applications.</li><li>Proficiency of English and Arabic languages (essential).</li><li>Strong organisation and project management skills.</li><li>Good communication and personnel management skills.
