Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing client relationships within the paper packaging sector across Dubai and the wider UAE market. This role requires a commercially driven professional with a solid understanding of paper packaging products, regional market dynamics, and the ability to navigate Dubai's diverse and competitive business landscape. The ideal candidate will have established industry contacts and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the packaging or related manufacturing sector.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries including food & beverage, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and logistics.Develop and execute a structured sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, industry networking, trade exhibitions, and referrals.Convert prospects into long-term clients by delivering tailored packaging solutions aligned with their operational needs.Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact, product presentation, sampling, and negotiation to order closure.SkillsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.3–5 years of sales experience in the paper packaging, corrugated, or related packaging industry, preferably within the UAE or GCC market.Existing network of contacts within Dubai's manufacturing or FMCG sectors is a strong advantage.Familiarity with packaging standards, GSM specifications, flute types, and printing processes is desirable.Valid UAE driving license is mandatory; role involves regular client visits across UAE.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar) is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
