The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers, and converting these opportunities into elevator installation, modernization, and service contracts.The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience, excellent networking ability, and the technical understanding required to sell elevator solutions. The role requires someone who is proactive in prospecting, comfortable working with technology and CRM systems, and capable of managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.Business DevelopmentProspect and identify new elevator installation opportunities across Abu Dhabi and surrounding regions.Develop relationships with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and facility management companies.Actively pursue new construction projects, villa developments, building upgrades, and modernization opportunities.Attend meetings, site visits, and project discussions with potential clients.Sales & Client ManagementManage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.Present elevator solutions and technical capabilities to clients.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate proposals and competitive offers.Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to secure projects.Market DevelopmentBuild and maintain a pipeline of active projects in Abu Dhabi.Track upcoming projects and market opportunities through consultants and contractors.Maintain strong visibility in the regional construction and development network.Technology & CRM UsageUse the company’s CRM and ERP systems to track leads, opportunities, and follow‑ups.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and quotations.Utilize digital tools and technology to improve sales efficiency and reporting.Internal CoordinationWork closely with estimation, engineering, and operations teams to prepare proposals and technical submissions.Ensure smooth coordination between sales and internal departments during the proposal stage.Required QualificationsMinimum 3–5 years of sales experience in elevators, construction, building systems, or related industries.Proven track record in business development and project‑based sales.Strong network within the Abu Dhabi construction and development sector is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.Strong understanding of technical sales and construction project workflows.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.Strong communication and presentation abilities.Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow‑ups simultaneously.Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and modern technology platforms.Self‑driven and proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Success MetricsConsistent generation of new sales opportunities and project leads in Abu Dhabi.Successful conversion of prospects into signed elevator installation and modernization projects.Strong relationships built with key consultants, contractors, and developers in the region.A structured and well‑maintained sales pipeline within the company’s CRM system.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: AED 5,500 – AED 7,000 + CommissionBenefits:Employment VisaMedical InsuranceCompany CarFuel Allowance#J-18808-Ljbffr
