Sales Executive

ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and identify their requirements to recommend suitable vehicles.Explain vehicle features, specifications, and performance details clearly and professionally.Present Ali & Sons services at the point of sale, including car registration, insurance, and after-sales services.Suggest and promote optional equipment and accessories to enhance the customer’s purchase.Achieve sales targets set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and the Head of Used Cars.Compute and quote sales prices, discounts, and financing options accurately.Advise customers on the availability of current and upcoming vehicle models.Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper to ensure a smooth handover process.Liaise with the Customer Relations Representative (Sales) to facilitate registration and insurance procedures.Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.Target-driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales goals.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Valid UAE driving license is preferred.Why Join Ali & SonsBe part of a reputable and well-established automotive group in the UAE.Work with premium automotive brands and a professional sales team.Attractive compensation package with performance-based incentives.Supportive work environment with opportunities for career growth and development.Long-term career prospects within a respected organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
