OverviewJob Code: 087/001/256 Industry: B2B Sales / Inside Sales Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PMJob BriefWe are looking for two energetic and results-driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our client's B2B sales team. Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling high-quality appointments with decision-makers across global markets. This is a communication-heavy role that requires high levels of clarity, confidence, and persistence to build a robust sales pipeline.ResponsibilitiesOutreach: Conduct consistent outbound calling and personalized email outreach to B2B prospects.Lead Qualification: Evaluate inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria to ensure high-quality opportunities.Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team.CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM.Nurturing: Follow up diligently with prospects to drive engagement and increase conversion rates.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.RequirementsExperience: 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or BDR roles.Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory).Sales Acumen: Strong phone presence with the ability to handle objections and navigate gatekeepers confidently.Mindset: Highly motivated to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.Language Skills: Multilingual candidates are highly preferred.Global Exposure: Prior experience selling to international markets is considered a significant advantage.Please visit our jobs page to check out our current list of jobs in UAE and across the world.Follow us on LinkedIn and Facebook to stay updated regarding our upcoming opportunities.Subscribe to our LinkedIn newsletter for weekly job updates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
